Steinsland started at Alfred Berg in 2010. He heads the Norwegian/Nordic fixed income team and is senior portfolio manager for investment grade. He has a Business Economics degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and has more than 30 years' experience from the bond market. In addition, he was also Head of US and global Fixed Income Management at DNB Asset Management in New York Oslo. In the years before joining Alfred Berg Asset Management, Morten was Head of Norwegian Money Markets and Swap Trading at Nordea Markets in Oslo.

Grosch er Head of Investment solutions & Advisory, Portfolio manager TAA. Grosch er medlem av Alfred Bergs investeringskomité med ansvar for taktisk aktivaallokering. Grosch har 15 års erfaring med rådgivning og forvaltning av balanserte mandater. Grosch bygget Alfred Bergs rådgivnings- og taktiske aktivaallokeringsmodell i 2011. Grosch har til sammen 22 års erfaring innen kapitalforvaltning. Grosch har tidligere erfaring fra Storebrand og Industrifinans. Grosch er Siviløkonom, i tillegg til å være CFA charterholder.

Leif Eriksrød is Senior Portfolio Manager and head of the equity team. Leif has more than 30 years’ experience in the Norwegian equity market and has been employed at Alfred Berg since 2010. Prior to joining Alfred Berg, Eriksrød worked as portfolio manager at Delphi where he built a strong track record within Norwegian- and Nordic equities from 1996 to 2007. Leif Eriksrød has an MBA from the BI Norwegian Business School.
