Investeringsstrategi

Alfred Berg Kort Rente is an actively managed Norwegian bond fund that invests at least 90% of its assets in short-term bonds with a short duration or remaining maturity, as well as short-term interest-bearing securities. The fund primarily invests in securities issued by the government, municipalities, counties, mortgage institutions, and banks or insurance companies with a credit rating equivalent to investment grade, BBB-/Baa3 or better, and denominated in Norwegian kroner.

The fund aims to achieve the highest possible risk-adjusted return within the framework defined by its mandate. Credit risk is limited by ensuring that no single instrument has a remaining maturity exceeding three years, and that the fund’s average weighted remaining maturity never exceeds one year. The fund invests in bonds, interest-bearing securities, and money market instruments issued in Norwegian kroner with maturity or interest adjustment within 12 months.
